Life Insurance Coverages
Health Insurance - Coverage for financial losses caused by accidents and illness. A Medical Insurance Policy pays for the cost of medical care, doctor's bills, hospital charges and related expenses. Disability Insurance pays periodic benefits to an insured who is unable to work as a result of an accident or sickness.
Life Insurance - Provides funds to replace lost income and to pay expenses associated with the final illness, and/or funeral. Whole Life Insurance provides lifetime protection (the whole of life) and is considered permanent insurance. Term Insurance - Provides coverage for a specified time period, such as 5 or 10 years.
Accidental Death - Provides coverage in the event of death due to accidental injuries, but not illness. In the event of death, payment is made to the insured's beneficiary.
Long-Term Care - Day to day care that a patient recieves in a nursing facility or in his or her residence following an illness or injury, or in old age such that the patient can no longer perform some of the basic activities of daily life.
