As previously stated we our a family owned and operated Independent Insurance Agency. The Director of CIA Carter Insurance Agency is Kenneth Stephen Carter. Stephen has been in Insurance since 1993. He was the Division Manager and Insurance Manager for AAA Auto Club South for the past 12 years in the Port Charlotte Office of AAA Auto Club. He graduated from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Fl. In 1991 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management. He graduated from Mid-State College in Peoria, IL. as a certified Paralegal in 1983.
